Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fitness Contract Services
Representative to join their Fitness Network Management
department.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve fitness inquiries via the telephone queue
system
Capture and document fitness change information and complaints
Assist fitness centers and instructors to maintain contract
retention
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associate's degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma
required if no degree
Minimum two years of customer service experience; managed care or
healthcare experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office with experience in word processing and
spreadsheet applications
