• Project Scheduler
• Estimator of all Levels
• Project & Construction Managers of all Levels
• K-12 and CCD Education Experience
• Healthcare (HCAI) ExperienceRequirements (Education, Level of Experience, etc.)Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a closely related field is required (Experience may substitute for education).5-15 years of experience in the management of multiple construction projects; experience within a large Capital Improvement program and familiarity with relevant Public Codes is required.2-7 years of experience in Educational Facility Construction is preferred.Experience in alternative delivery method is preferred.Experience with using a web-based project management system such as Proliance is preferred.Experience in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects and/or the Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS) is preferred.Experience in Formal Construction Partnering is preferred.Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes or similar is strongly preferred.Knowledge and ExperienceKnowledge of all parts of the project life cycle, including master planning, design, and closeout is needed.
