• Applies advanced business processes and analysis concepts and organizational objectives to resolve highly complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
• Communicate with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and analyzing requirements to ensure that the end products will solve the business problems at hand.
• Identifies and solves problems affecting the business solution, analyzes the existing business systems, and makes recommendations for improvement. Conducts research, provides references, identifies best practices, and produces workflow explanations by creating appropriate documentation.QUALIFICATIONS
  • Advanced knowledge of business and process analysis functions.
  • Knowledge relating to the design of processes and software across the organization.
  • Understanding and skill in complex process and systems requirement documentation standards, such as Use Case modeling, User Story creations and narrative description.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
  • Advanced skills and methodologies associated with process and software design, modification and implementation.SPECIAL CONDITIONS

    • Employee must be available to work evenings and weekends.
    • Employee must be available to travel as required. Pay Transparency ActAnnual Full Pay Range: $94,400 - $176,800 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $45.21 - $84.67 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
