Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead People Solutions Analyst, Scaled
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Create and deliver reporting, BI, and analytical solutions to HR
and the enterprise
Engage with HR customers to provide guidance on available tools and
metrics
Design automated reporting solutions and dashboards to support
strategy discussions
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree or equivalent in a social science or related
quantitative field with 6+ years of experience in analytics
Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in
analytics, ideally in HR and Talent analytics
5+ years of experience with Tableau and SQL
Experience with core analytics platforms and technologies such as
AWS, Snowflake, and Python
Experience with Workday is a plus
