Job Description:

Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans- Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsExperience:- Acute care experience preferred- Proficiency in trigger point therapy and other specialized techniques- Strong patient care skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with patients of all ages and backgrounds- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology- Experience working independently and in home health setting- Experience with geriatric patients is desirable-Able to accept cases in surrounding areas(Menifee, Murrieta,etc)We offer competitive compensation packages and benefits for our Physical Therapists.
