Consulting Undergraduate Diversity Program is an opportunity for undergraduate students to learn more about strategy management consulting as a career path.This program will be held virtually and feature opportunities to:

• Attend seminars about what a career as an Associate looks like at L.E.K.
• Network with L.E.K. Associates, Consultants, Managers, and Managing Directors through a series of panels and small group sessions
• Participate in practice case interviews
• Connect with Mosaic@LEK, one of our employee resource groupsApplication Criteria:
  • Current sophomore or junior, who plans to graduate in spring/summer 2026 or 2027, and identifies as Black, Hispanic/Latinx, or Indigenous (Native American, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, Inuit, M--tis, and First Nations)
  • Outstanding academic performance
  • Strong leadership and team skills
  • Energized by solving tough problems and driving real impact
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent ResidentParticipants will receive a guaranteed first-round interview for the Associate or Summer Associate role to take place during our campus recruiting season. Participants will also be paired with a mentor from Mosaic@LEK to stay in touch throughout the spring and summer and serve as a resource to practice casing and prepare for interviews.Please upload your resume, transcript, and a cover letter including why you would like to be a part of L.E.K.
