Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Contingent
Labor/Employment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on corporate, business transactions,
acquisitions, data privacy, and employment law
Manage litigation matters and oversee external legal counsel
Develop policies and procedures to mitigate corporate risk and
ensure regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice
law
10+ years of legal experience preferred
5+ years of staffing industry/contingent labor/employment law
experience strongly preferred
5 years as a lawyer at a national law firm and/or in-house legal
department preferred
Knowledge of data privacy laws preferred
