Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Commercial Counsel to
support its sales team and negotiate commercial agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate various agreements, focusing on licensing
products and services
Provide commercial legal support and advice to the sales
organization
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to facilitate
deal closures
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of post-law school experience at a law firm or in-house
role
Member in good standing of a US state bar association (NY or CA
preferred)
Experience balancing legal requirements with risk analysis and
mitigation
Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-attorney
stakeholders
Interest in both novel and routine legal practices
