Job Description:
We are looking for a 2-5 year attorney for toxic tort, general
liability defense, and employment defense. The job responsibilities
include: - Draft pleadings and dispositive motions - Draft and
respond to written discovery and discovery motions - Attend court
hearings and argue motions - Conduct and defend fact and expert
witness depositions - Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial -
Prepare trial documents and submissions - Provide analytical
insight and recommendations - Ability to multitask across wide
caseload Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
