Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Product & Regulatory Counsel
to provide legal, regulatory, and risk mitigation guidance
throughout the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal guidance to product and data teams to ensure
compliance with laws and regulations
Draft terms of use, product policies, and disclosures while
coordinating with stakeholders
Stay updated on relevant laws and participate in privacy and data
governance programs
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree
5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in consumer
financial services
Knowledge of FCRA, UDAAP, ECOA, and consumer privacy laws
Experience collaborating across functions such as Sales, Finance,
and Technology
Ability to make decisions under ambiguous circumstances in a
fast-paced environment
