Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Developer responsible
for the full software development lifecycle of complex ServiceNow
HRSD solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy HRSD solutions and enhancements,
managing bi-annual upgrades
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and IT teams to translate business
needs into effective ServiceNow HRSD solutions
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and troubleshoot complex
issues for optimal platform performance
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow
platform, with a minimum of 3 years in HRSD
Strong understanding of ServiceNow core functionality and best
practices for HRSD solutions
Experience in creating and maintaining content for the HR Service
Delivery portal
Experience configuring automated workflows in ServiceNow HRSD for
employee lifecycle events
A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on ServiceNow
features
