success. Responsibilities for the Business Development
Specialist:Build and maintain meaningful business relationships
with decision makers and necessary influencersActively and
passionately drive sales growth while simultaneously enhancing
profit margins, leveraging innovative strategies and
solutionsInteract daily with customer prospects through various
communication channels (i.e., email, phone, and in person)Leverage
existing and new relationships to successfully acquire new
customersCollaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Shop, C-Suite, and
EngineeringWork closely with internal resources to identify and
capitalize on new business opportunitiesConsistently update and
maintain sales opportunities in our CRM systemCreate persuasive
proposals and deliver impactful presentations to customers and
prospective clientsDevelop and submit a well-structured and
approved monthly business plan We are looking for a Business
Development Specialist with the following:3+ years of experience in
fluid power applications, particularly in hydraulic and pneumatic
systems.Experience in industrial salesProven ability with a
documented personal sales processProficiency in writing and
deploying proposals and client presentationsBachelor's degree
preferredStrong proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and
PowerPointMechanical, electrical, and programmable controllers
experience is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and the ability
to think creatively to meet customer needs.Exceptional attention to
detail and ability to work under pressureConsultative Sales Skills
