Job Title: Seafood Team LeaderOur seafood team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and maintain exceptional customer service standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivate team members, and provide guidance and support to ensure success.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor and achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets, manage inventory, and maintain a high level of knowledge on relevant competitors and industry trends.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, respond promptly to customer needs, and maintain a high level of knowledge on products and services.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor profitability, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.Requirements:
  • 24+ months retail experience, including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills.
  • Food safety certification.
  • Proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance, monitoring profitability, and managing inventory.Work Environment:
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
