Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Event Chef to join our team at 24 Carrots Catering and Events. As an Event Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Lead Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences at private residences and venues.Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Chef in preparing and serving dishes according to 24 Carrots' standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to state and local health and safety standards.
• Review digital copies of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and assist in loading and unloading food and equipment safely.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless event execution.Requirements
• One to two years of related experience and/or training in the culinary field.
• California Food Handler's card required within 30 days of hire.
