The Department of Health Services, Ambulatory Care Network (ACN), is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill three OB-GYN Generalist positions. Please note the three positions arelocated at one of the following sites: High Desert Regional Health Center335 East Avenue I,Lancaster 93535 Long Beach Comprehensive Health Center1333 Chestnut Ave.Long Beach, CA 90813Hubert H. Humphrey Comprehensive Health Center5850 S. Main St.Los Angeles, CA 90201 These positions will manage full-scope obstetrical and gynecological patients. Candidates shouldhave experience with prenatal care, surgical consultations, and office-based procedures such ascolposcopy, hysteroscopy, endometrial biopsies. The position will primarily involve outpatientcare with the opportunity to perform surgeries at our Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC) andthe potential to participate in inpatient call at one of our three DHS teaching hospitals, includingL&D coverage and major cases. There is also time allotted to participate and lead teaching didactics and formal lectures. Thecandidate will manage Nurse Practitioners and provide consultation when needed. Desirablequalifications of strong candidates include: experience and interest in teaching medical studentsand Advanced Practice Provider students; experience supervising or leading clinical teams;Spanish-language fluency; experience working in safety net health systems.Must be Board-eligible or Board Certified.Please apply by clicking on the following link:
