We are looking for 2-3 talented, motivated, and dependable massage therapists to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional massage therapy services, specializing in Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Sports Massage. Design customized sessions based on clients' specific complaints and areas of concern. Actively listen to clients and adjust techniques to ensure their comfort and satisfaction. Encourage clients to participate in recurring massage sessions to promote their ongoing wellness. Maintain a clean and organized massage room, ensuring a welcoming environment. Qualifications: Must possess a current and valid massage therapy license and liability insurance. At least 12 months of hands-on massage therapy experience required. Must have practiced massage therapy within the last 18 months. Proficiency in Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Sports Massage; knowledge of prenatal, hot stone, stretching, and lymphatic techniques is a plus. Experience in a Chiropractic or therapy center environment is highly desirable. Strong customer service and sales skills. Expectations: This is an independent contractor position; you will need to provide your own oils and lotions. Must be willing to work at least 3 shifts per week. We handle all scheduling, patient management, room setup, and tables. Why Join Us?
