Work That Matters.OverviewPurpose Statement/Position Summary: The
Insurance Program Manager, Risk develops and implements insurance
program that protect the organization's assets and achieves
financial objectives. Oversees the design and implementation of a
cost-effective insurance program.Minimum Qualifications/Work
Experience: At least five-years experience in a similar position
related to insurance, risk financing and coverage issues. Ideally
experience in healthcare or other service industry. Experience with
insurance coverage renewals across all lines of
coverage.Education/Licensure/Certification: Master's Preferred,
Bachelor's degree. Certification such as ARM, CPCU, CRM, CIC or
other related to risk and insurance matters. Member of RIMS.Pay
Scale InformationUSD $80,288.00 - USD $144,518.00CHLA values the
contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final
determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary
based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to
education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay
scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that
meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this
specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for
those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and
