Job Description:
A company is looking for a Field Manager to oversee the
installation and quality of various trades in construction
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage pre-installation readiness, installation, and completion of
trades such as flooring and cabinetry
Coordinate with independent contractors to ensure timely and
accurate work according to builder requirements
Oversee inspections and quality control, ensuring compliance with
safety and OSHA regulations
Required Qualifications
Clean driving record and valid license
Entry-level computer skills and experience with handheld
devices
1-7 years of experience in multiple trades, depending on the level
of the position
Experience leading a team or crew in a construction environment for
Level II and III
Ability to read and comprehend construction plans and safety
regulations
