YOUR ROLE
- Spearhead media investment choices in national media, retailer
media, promotion, and commercial activations e.g. Market mix, media
optimization, A/B testing, Media analytics, etc.
- Sets budget for all paid and ecommerce marketing initiatives on
yearly, quarterly and monthly basis-working with appropriate
agencies and teams to ensure all marketing spends are within
budgets and ongoing analysis of return for select paid
placements.
- Development and implementation of the digital marketing plan
for building the brand across all touchpoints, including our
eCommerce, website, eTail, eCRM, marketing campaigns and strategic
partnerships.
- Lead agencies, and internal stakeholders to develop
comprehensive marketing strategies covering paid search, display,
programmatic, and social media advertising, website and
beyond.
- Analyze current media ecosystem and make recommendations for
future scaling of business.
- Develop a data-driven decision approach with appropriate KPIs
to analyze and measure activities, make recommendations and
optimizations to share with leadership teams.
- Collaborate with head of Brand to develop and manage overall
calendar to develop multi-strategy events in alignment with
tentpoles.
- Work closely with head of Social to ensure cohesive strategy in
digital expression, uplifting campaigns in alignment with
tentpoles.
- Creative development for paid media campaigns by working
closely with Social, Project Manager, and Designer(s) to adapt
content for platforms and placements and participate in shoot
productions for all needs.
- Manage creative for paid media campaigns by working closely
with planning/buying agency for display, SEM and paid social and
analyze results to drive acquisition, retention, and sales
growth.
- Oversee strategic content development for digital marketing
initiatives, working with internal and external partners and Brand
to drive site engagement and content to be utilized in CRM,
Loyalty, and social touchpoints.
YOUR SKILLS
- Successfully completed a degree in a business and/or
marketing-related emphasis. (MBA or graduate degree
preferred.)
- 5-7 years' experience managing digital
marketing/e-commerce/e-tail/social media businesses with a high
degree of knowledge about the principles of paid marketing
strategy.
- Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical, & problem-solving
skills and excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Negotiation experience
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and
draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret and understand budgets.
- Must have strong analytical skills.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work well under pressure and thrive in a
fast-paced environment Understanding of websites/ecommerce
platforms/UX and UI and proficient computer skills - Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Self-motivated, results oriented, and a creative thinker with a
high level of passion, initiative, & assertiveness with an
analytical approach to identifying opportunities.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and with internal and
external teams
- Willing to take on new challenges and opportunities as they
arise and adaptable to different styles across large range of
brands and stakeholders.
The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $135,000.00. This is the
range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting
wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than
the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be
modified in the future.
