A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Adoption &
Usage Automation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of marketers focused on customer-facing
automation
Own the digital outreach strategy to drive customer usage and
success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customer journeys
across channels
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing high-performing teams of 5 or
more
3+ years of experience in marketing automation strategy for
customer audiences
Strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
(DEI&B)
Experience in innovating and executing impactful marketing
initiatives
Ability to analyze data and create narratives around it
