Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer
(Backend).
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve AI-powered
backend applications
Implement backend systems in Java that support cloud-based AI
solutions, focusing on performance and scalability
Mentor team members on AI best practices and collaborate with
cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of backend engineering experience with Java
Solid understanding of AI technologies and architectures, such as
Transformer models and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and
Parameter Efficient Fine Tuning (PEFT)
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and container
orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus
Proficiency with Python is desirable, particularly for AI
orchestration
