Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Engineer 3 to join their team
in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver timely and high-quality incident resolution with a focus on
root cause analysis and prevention
Manage escalations and sub-cases to ensure quality resolution of
all issues
Develop strategies for proactive support to reduce incidents and
enhance availability
Required Qualifications
4-year technical degree or equivalent work experience with a
minimum of 3 years in technical support or MIS in an Enterprise
environment
Demonstrated technical competence with Microsoft BackOffice
Technologies
At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Skype for Business
and Microsoft Teams
Strong background in Windows-based operating systems and
applications with at least 3 years of experience
Experience in network and/or VoIP technologies, including Routing
and Switching Protocols, with at least 3 years of experience
