Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Social Media Community
Manager to manage online communities and social media channels for
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily community activities to ensure a safe and engaging
environment
Act as a liaison between the community and the organization,
providing support and resolving issues
Monitor community performance and report on progress against
KPIs
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English and either Dutch, German, or French
Experience with various social media platforms and backend
analytics
Experience in managing online communities or client-facing
operations
Technical skills including knowledge of community platforms and
Google Suite
Experience organizing community meetups and events
