Job Description:
Great opportunity for a trainer or customer service supervisor
or lead with a passion for providing great customer service. Must
have call center experience and be expert at PowerPoint, classroom
training and quality control. Teach and deliver new hire training
and on-going customer service training. Monitor progress and
evaluate the training as it relates to better job performance.
Ability to create and update training modules for a wide range of
staff members and programs. Excellent communication skills and
organizational skills, apply today! You will be part of the

Job Duties:
• Train all new hires on customer service program.
• Retrain and work with leads or supervisors with on-going training
initiatives.
• Update and create training modules as needed.
• Classroom and on-the-job training presentations.
• Work with Senior Management to address service issues and
opportunities for growth among employees.
• Other projects as needed.
