As a Data Entry Analyst, you will provide essential clerical support for Change Management initiatives, playing a critical role in our operations. This remote position is primarily for candidates based on the West Coast, with a strong preference for individuals located in Arizona or Oregon to ensure team collaboration.$25 - $45 an hourKey Responsibilities

• Conduct data entry and uphold the integrity and accuracy of the Changescout platform, which is integrated with Salesforce.
• Systematically collect and manage data, ensuring timely updates and organization within the platform.
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members while also exhibiting the capability to work independently.
• Facilitate effective communication across various teams to enhance project tracking and data management processes.
• Identify and lead the entry of projects across multiple functional sites.
• Review and input information related to spending, invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and forecasting data into project cost tracking systems.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive project files and logs.
• Compile and execute reconciliations as required.Required Skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce platforms; prior experience with Changescout is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in data collection and change management is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive attitude towards teamwork.
• Ability to work onsite at least one day each week.
