Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Auditor, Delegation
Oversight to conduct compliance monitoring and audits of
sub-contracted organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage compliance projects, including audits and risk
assessments
Investigate allegations of non-compliance and develop corrective
action plans
Prepare and present reports on compliance activities and findings
to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business
Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in compliance or delegation oversight within
the healthcare industry
In-depth knowledge of federal and state laws and healthcare
compliance standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance software
Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or willingness to obtain
certification within 12 months of hire
