Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.As a Senior Data Scientist on the WBD Data Science team, you will leverage your expertise in data, metrics, and KPIs to develop, maintain, and enhance content and marketing data science models. Collaborating closely with the content, marketing, research, strategy, and finance teams, your work will play a crucial role in informing leadership and partners about WBD's content and marketing performance. You will work with diverse datasets, creating industry-leading models and analyses. The role requires the ability to lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, as well as staying updated on the latest algorithmic and modeling advancements to apply them in impactful ways.How We Get Things Done---This last bit is probably the most important! Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $119,700.00 - $222,300.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
